算定基礎届 Bracket Tracker
算定基礎届 (Santei Kiso Todoke) is filed by employers in July. The April–June gross average determines your new 標準報酬月額 (Standard Monthly Remuneration) bracket, effective September for 12 months. Gross includes base pay, overtime, housing allowance, and all fixed allowances. Commuting allowance (通勤手当) is included in 算定基礎 by law, but does not appear in the payslip gross — it is handled separately by the employer. Deductions use 協会けんぽ Tokyo 2024 rates (健康保険 9.98% + 厚生年金 18.3%, employee bears half). Blank month inputs default to Base + Fixed. Switch to "From Hours" mode and uncheck "Locked" to enable OT budget calculation.
